Terms of Service
Last updated: [DATE]
These terms apply when you hire TivloLab Web ([REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME], Indore) to build or look after a website. Your written quote, once you accept it, forms part of these terms. If the quote and these terms disagree, the quote wins.
1. What we deliver
We build the pages, features and number of revision rounds listed in your package and quote. Anything not listed is extra work, quoted and agreed in writing before we start it.
2. What you provide
You provide your logo, text, photos and any account access we need, within 10 working days of the project start. You confirm you have the right to use everything you send us. If content arrives late, the delivery date moves by the same number of days.
3. Timelines
Delivery times count working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) from the day we have all your content. A revision round means one consolidated list of changes, sent together.
4. Payment
Builds are paid 50% before work starts and 50% before the site goes live. Care plans are paid in full at the start of each term. Prices exclude GST, which is added where it applies. We may pause work on unpaid invoices more than 7 days overdue.
5. Ownership
Your domain, hosting account and content belong to you at all times. Once the final payment is made, the site's code and design belong to you too. We may reuse our own general tools and code patterns in other projects, and we may show your site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
6. Third-party services
Your site relies on services we don't control: your domain registrar, hosting provider, payment gateway and others. Their fees, terms and outages are theirs. We will tell you when something goes wrong and help coordinate the fix.
7. Warranty
For 60 days after launch we fix, free of charge, any defect in the work we delivered. This doesn't cover changes made by you or anyone else after launch, or problems caused by third-party services.
8. Limit of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work it relates to. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data, except where the law does not allow this limit.
9. Ending the work
Either side can end a build early with written notice. You pay for the work done up to that date, and we hand over everything built so far. Care plans follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We'll try to settle any disagreement by talking first. If that fails, the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
