You always know what happens next and what we need from you. Dates are counted in working days from the day your first payment and content are in.

Who owns the website?

You do, from day one. The domain, hosting account and code are in your name. If you stop working with us, nothing has to be moved or bought back.

What do I need to give you?

Your logo, photos and the text for each page. If you don't have text, we can write it as an add-on at ₹1,500 a page.

How do I pay?

50% to start the build and 50% before the site goes live. Care plans are paid upfront for 6 or 12 months. Prices exclude GST.

How long does it take?

5 working days for Launch, 12 for Business and 25 for Growth, counted from when we have all your content. Late content moves the date by the same amount.

What happens when the included care ends?

We remind you 30 days before. You can renew for 6 or 12 months, or take a full handover: a final backup, a note on where everything lives, and your own access to all of it.

What if I need more hours in a month?

Extra work is ₹1,000 an hour, agreed before we start. Bigger changes like a redesign or a new feature are quoted separately.

Can you build an online store?

Growth includes Razorpay payments for a small catalogue. For larger stores we use Shopify and quote it as a Custom project.

Can I see work you've done?

We're a new studio. tivlolab.com is built and run by us, and on the call we'll show you the sites we're working on.
