1Week 1: Access and voice
You give us manager access to your accounts, never passwords. We agree your tone, colours and what you never want said.
2By the 25th: Calendar
Next month's posts appear in your dashboard's Marketing tab, with captions and designs.
3You approve in 3 working days
Approve, change or drop each post in the dashboard. If we hear nothing we pause rather than post unseen.
4During the month: Posting
We schedule and publish, and reply to comments.
5By the 5th: Report
Reach, clicks, enquiries from your site and what we will change next month.

We do not promise followers, reach or enquiries. We do promise the posts, the replies and an honest report. Paid partnerships are labelled as ads. Unused posts do not roll over. You approve posts, send clips and read reports in your client dashboard.

Before you ask.
Will you make the videos?
No. We make the posts: graphics, carousels, captions and covers. If you record a clip on your phone, send it and we will trim it, add captions and a cover, and publish it as a Reel or Short. Filming days are quoted separately.
Do you promise followers or enquiries?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. We promise the posts, the replies and an honest monthly report. Results depend on your business, your area and how long we work together.
Do I need a TivloLab website first?
No. We can look after any business. Clients with a TivloLab website get their enquiries tracked in the same monthly report.
Who owns the accounts?
You. We work as a manager on your accounts and you can remove us at any time. We never buy followers or engagement.
Who pays for ads?
You pay Meta or Google directly. That money never passes through us. Our fee is for setting up and managing the campaigns.
