Drafting and documentation are quoted as a fixed fee. Litigation is charged per appearance or per stage, set out in writing before we begin. There are no fees you have not seen in advance.
Honestly, it depends on the forum. A documentation matter may take days; a contested civil suit can take years. We give a realistic range at the planning stage and update it as the matter moves.
